Order processing time

  • We start preparing your order after you place it and payment is confirmed.

  • Many of our items are made to order. If your order needs personalisation or artwork approval, this can affect how quickly we can dispatch.

Personalised orders and artwork

If your order needs personalisation details or artwork files:

  • Please send the details/files as soon as possible after ordering.

  • We can only start printing once we have everything we need from you.

  • If we message you with a question, a quick reply helps avoid delays.

Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as we can. The dispatch time depends on what you ordered and whether it is personalised.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm if we can meet your deadline.

Delivery time

Delivery time starts after your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and can be affected by:

  • busy periods (for example holidays)

  • weather

  • courier delays outside our control

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

If your delivery service includes tracking, we will send you tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly or is incomplete, you may need to pay for shipping again to have it re-sent.
